How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched between 3 - 7 business days from order confirmation. Sometimes items are dispatched earlier. However, our dispatch times do not include weekends or publics holidays. During sale or holiday periods please allow for additional processing times.

Your order will be delivered via Australia Post. You will receive your tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 Business Days

Wick Road is not responsible for any postal delays that occur due to postage or COVID-19 delays. Due to the current delays with Australia Post, Express Postage will be the fastest delivery.

I have selected Local Drop off, when will my order be delivered?

Our team will be dropping off parcels on Saturday’s between 9am and 12:30pm. These will only be for orders placed before 12pm on Thursday within the same week. All orders outside of this time will be dropped off the following Saturday.

Please remember that most of our items are made to order, so we will need to ensure a sufficient processing time. If we are unable to drop off your order we will contact you via phone or email as soon as possible.

How much is postage?

To ensure the best postage rates, we calculate postage by weight. However this is capped at $15 for Standard Postage and $20 Express Postage. Postage rates are calculated during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of Australia, however we are working on this. If you are looking to purchase with us and you are outside of Australia please send us an email at info@wickroad.com.au.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed we will not be able to change your order.

What is your Refund or Returns Policy?

Please refer to Australia Consumer Law for detailed terms and conditions.

We do not accept returns on ‘change of mind’ purchases as we customise your purchase to your requests. We do offer a store credit or exchange if the item is still in its original state and packaging. For more information about our scents, please visit the Scent Library.

Wick Road takes the upmost care when packing each order. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately at info@wickroad.com.au.

Wick Road takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard credit card payments as well as AfterPay Payments. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you complete your order at the checkout.

I’ve found a jar I like, but I’d like it in a different colour or size. How do I order?

Sometimes we are able to accomodate for customer needs. We understand that you may have a vision and something in mind. Please contact us at info@wickroad.com.au to discuss additional options with us.

I would like to purchase a large order, what should I do?

For all bulk orders, including party favours and bombonieres please email us directly at info@wickroad.com.au as we offer additional size options and bulk order discounts.
